ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy for retail items purchased from our website and shipped from our warehouse. All returns must be in brand new condition with the product's original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Please start the return process by using the "Order Return Portal".
Once we receive your merchandise, please allow 5–7 business days to process your return and up to 30 days for funds to be reflected on your bank or card statement.
Shipping is nonrefundable. See the Re:Do section below for free exchange and store credit return options.

Re:Do coverage is automatically included when you click Checkout+ in your cart — it's just $2.48 added to your order total. If you'd prefer to check out without it, simply click "Checkout without free returns" below the checkout button to proceed without coverage.
When you add Re:Do Return Coverage ($2.48) at checkout, you get:
- Free return shipping labels for exchanges or store credit returns — no out-of-pocket cost
- Unlimited exchanges if your first replacement still isn't right
- Easy self-service through our return portal — no emails, no waiting
Without Re:Do coverage, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We offer a flat-rate $11.99 return label, or you may ship back using your own carrier with tracking. We recommend a method that provides tracking information.
In either case, your first exchange order ships free from us via standard ground service.
Cash refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Return shipping for cash refunds is the customer's responsibility regardless of Re:Do coverage.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery in unworn, original condition with tags attached.
FINAL SALE
All sales are final on clearance items. If you purchase a clearance item in the wrong size, we cannot guarantee we will have anything to exchange. No refunds will be issued for clearance items.
We cannot accept returns for any item that has been customized. This includes patches, lasering, and embroidering. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We cannot accept items that are no longer in new condition, used, soiled, or worn.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged or defective. Please DO NOT attempt to repair any damaged merchandise.
