Fit Guide
Find Your Fit
Getting the right fit in a work or outdoor shirt matters more than it does in fashion. Here's how to get it right before you order.
How It Works
Size Charts in Every Product
Every product on Milwaukee Flannels includes a size chart directly in its image gallery. Because our catalog spans multiple brands — Milwaukee Leather, Hot Leathers, Milwaukee Motorcycle Co., Nexgen, and Biker Clothing Co. — sizing can vary between manufacturers. We always recommend checking the size chart for the specific product you're ordering rather than assuming your size is consistent across all styles.

Fit Tips
Measure Right, Order Once
Measure your chest at its widest point, keeping the tape level across your back.
For sleeve length, measure from the center back of your neck to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.
If you're between sizes, size up — especially for reinforced and lined styles that carry less stretch.
Mechanic shirts are designed for a relaxed, full-range-of-motion fit — expect a looser cut through the torso.
Heated flannels are designed to layer — if you plan to wear a mid-layer underneath, consider sizing up.
