This page explains what our warranty covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim.
Coverage period
All products purchased from MilwaukeeFlannels.com are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery, except for items expressly marked “Final Sale.” Final Sale items are sold as-is and are not covered by this warranty.
What is covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Failed or defective stitching and seams
- Faulty hardware — snaps, buttons, zippers, and rivets that fail under normal use
- Material flaws present at the time of delivery
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or shrinkage from regular use and laundering
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the garment’s care instructions
- Damage from alterations or repairs made by anyone other than MilwaukeeFlannels.com
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Products purchased from any seller other than MilwaukeeFlannels.com
How this differs from returns and exchanges
This warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you would simply like to return or exchange an item — for fit, color, or change of mind — please see our Refund & Return Policy, which sets out the terms for standard returns and exchanges.
How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect within the 30-day coverage period, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- A short description of the defect
- One or more clear photos showing the issue

Once we receive your claim, we will review it and respond within one business day. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item, or issue a refund, at our discretion.
